Australian Consumer Law (ACL) - the single, national consumer law that replaces the previous provisions of the Trade Practices Act 1974.

This law will have an impact on your business operations, create new areas of risk exposure and change areas of compliance.  You need to make sure you are compliant with the new ACL, and the new Regulation 90 in force from 1 January 2012, to avoid substantial penalties for breach of warranty, or misleading or deceptive conduct.
