Marine Card WHS General Induction
This Work Health Safety induction is specifically for the marine industry, and provides an understanding of responsibilities and obligations for everyone under the WHS Act, hazard identification, risk assessment, and more.
Managing Environment, Health & Safety
Aimed at managers and those responsible for health and safety at their workplace, this course provides an understanding of legal obligations and will help you to put into place effective plans, methods and practices to help keep your people safe and your organisation compliant.
Fire Training
This 2 hour course covers the nature of fire, evacuation, common fire hazards, different types of fire and the correct extinguisher to use, hands on practice with a range of extinguishers, plus what NOT to do. Click here to watch a video, and see what it’s about.
Marina Fire Safety Management
A complete emergency response package designed for marinas and boatyards. It covers all types of emergency planning, procedures and fire safety training, provides the templates and tools to maintain your marina’s emergency plan ongoing, and helps you to establish a relationship with your local Fire Authority.
Marine Sales Professional Development
Designed specifically for Marine Brokers and Retailers, this course covers relevant legislation, business and people management, Environmental Health & Safety, Customer Care, Marketing and the sales process.
Electrical Test & Tag
Learn how to test and tag your own electrical equipment by attending this 1 day course. You will save time and money by doing it yourself. This course is for everyone in the industry.
Service & Repair Trailers (AURT237271A)
Boat trailer inspection, adjustment and repair is covered under the Mechanical Repairers Act which requires the workshop to be licensed and the repairer suitably qualified. This ½ day course covers the competency unit required under legislation to service and repair boat trailers for the marine industry.
Work Health and Safety Legislation
Free workshops and information about the changes to the OHS Act 2000, how they will affect your marine business and what changes you need to make to ensure you remain compliant. Open to everyone who works in the industry.
Apply First Aid & Refresher
Provide First Aid with confidence, in the workplace or at home, with this 1 day course. This course is also for those who need to refresh their current First Aid certificate.
