WHS Legislation changes to the OHS Act 2000 in the boating industry

NSW is working towards national health and safety laws which will take effect from 1 January 2012.  The new legislation will introduce changes to the way health and safety is currently administered in the workplace. 
 
The WHS legislation changes will impact you and your marine business.

The National Safety Council of Australia will be on hand to answer any questions you have about the new legislation.

The BIA will be holding more free information sessions in early 2012 to help you with any questions or issues you may have with the new WHS Legislation.  The National Safety Council of Australia will be on hand with the answers, and to also highlight changes to the Regulations.  Dates and locations will be posted shortly.
